ROYAL PALACE EMPLOYEES AND KING’S YOUTH MEMBERS DONATE
BLOOD
IN SUPPORT OF RTV B92 ACTION
Belgrade, 27 August 2008 – In support of the action by
Radio-Television B92, Give blood – make life better for you and the others,
and because of the chronic lack of blood reserves needed for urgent
surgeries and transplants, the employees in the service of Their Royal
Highnesses Crown Prince Alexander and Crown Princess Katherine, along with
the members of the King’s Youth Association, had a voluntary blood donation
today.
They gave blood at Belgrade’s Republic Square, where the
Serbian Institute for Blood Transfusion has placed a bus for all those
willing to give blood and save lives.
The employees of Their Royal Highnesses will, through
Crown Princess Katherine’s Foundation and individually, continue to respond
to humanitarian appeals and actions such as the one conducted now, because
there is no better reward than saving human lives. |
